The airCano is an easy to use air cushion machine, also called air pillow machine, for medium shipping volumes to safely pack the goods. The air pillow machine is robust, compact and therefore easily transportable in the warehouse and flexible in use. During the development of the air pillow machine, special emphasis was placed on a functional design and flexibility of the air pillow machine in use for the production of air pillows and air pillow mats. The airCano air cushion system is extremely powerful with up to 12m/min production speed and a wide range of sizes and shapes of air cushion film can be processed to produce air cushions and air mats. By purchasing an air cushion machine for the in-house production of air cushions, time, money and storage space can be saved, and an environmentally friendly and easily disposable packaging material can be offered to the end consumer as an alternative to Styrofoam. The weight of the box and therefore the shipping costs do not increase when using air cushions for packaging!
